Return Policy

1. Overview

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase from MERGER.

If you are not completely happy with your order, you have the right to return your item(s) within 14 days of receiving your delivery, in accordance with the Danish Consumer Contracts Act (Forbrugeraftaleloven) and EU consumer protection laws.

Please read the following carefully before initiating a return.

2. Return Conditions

You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to notify us that you wish to return one or more items.

After notifying us, you then have 14 days to send the item(s) back.

Returned items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition, including all tags, labels, and original packaging.

We do not accept returns of items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration.

3. Return Procedure

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will notify you by email.

If the return is approved, your refund will be processed within 10–14 business days using the same payment method you used for the purchase.

Please note:

Original shipping costs (if any) are not refundable.

We do not offer exchanges - if you want a different size or color, please place a new order.

5. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at info@mergercph.com with your order number and a description.

6. Exceptions

The following items cannot be returned:

Sale or clearance items 

Items not in their original condition or packaging
