All prices are shown in Danish Kroner (DKK) and include 25% Danish VAT.

Payment is processed securely at the time of purchase using accepted payment methods displayed at checkout

We reserve the right to cancel an order if payment cannot be completed or is suspected to be fraudulent.

4. Order Confirmation

Once your order has been placed, you will receive an email confirmation.

A binding agreement is only established when we send you a shipping confirmation.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping costs and delivery times are displayed at checkout and vary depending on your location and shipping method.

Delivery times are indicative; delays may occur due to external circumstances.

We are not liable for delays beyond our control.

6. Returns

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with the Danish Consumer Contracts Act (“Forbrugeraftaleloven”).

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us at info@mergercph.com with your order number and return request.

Returned products must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags attached.

You are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the product is defective or incorrect.

Refunds will be issued within 14 days after we receive the returned goods.

7. Defective or Incorrect Products

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at info@mergercph.com

You are entitled to a replacement or refund in accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act (Købeloven).
